Draft — pending legal review
This document is an internal draft prepared for discussion and is not final, not approved by legal counsel, and not yet in effect. It does not create binding obligations or rights. Do not rely on it as advice or as the operative terms of any relationship with Bridge Edge.
This draft Privacy Notice explains, in plain language, the intended approach to personal information on the Bridge Edge platform. It is a draft pending legal review and not yet in effect.
1 · What we collect
In operating the platform, Bridge Edge intends to collect the information needed to provide its services: identity and contact details used for account creation and verification; eligibility and ownership information provided during verification; membership and tier selections; expressions of interest and introduction-case records; and account, security, and usage information. Identity document images are handled only as part of governed verification and are not held on the platform.
2 · How we use it
We use personal information to operate the platform, verify eligibility and ownership, maintain accounts and security, facilitate introductions, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and keep the platform safe for members. We do not sell personal information.
3 · What we share and why
Conversations and contact details are shared between compatible members only where relevant to an introduction and with appropriate consent. We share information with service providers that help operate the platform, with professional firms (such as counsel) where needed, and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of members and the platform. We never send client funds or securities, and we do not hand personal information to unapproved parties.
4 · Security and retention
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption and access controls. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
5 · Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. This draft does not provide a rights-request channel. We will not capture or retain browser passwords, MFA codes, or session tokens beyond what is required for authentication.
6 · Contact
The contact information page and support information page describe the current absence of a public contact or rights-request channel.
