- What is Bridge Edge?
Bridge Edge is being built around a private-membership, human-introduction model for private and pre-IPO positions. It is not a live market. A member's interest is intended to be non-binding and subject to human review, rather than an instruction to transact.
- Is Bridge Edge a trading venue or a way to execute a transaction?
No. The intended model does not automate matching, execute or settle transactions, set transaction terms, or hold funds or securities. Any negotiation and closing would be handled directly by the relevant parties and qualified outside professionals.
- Who is the service intended for?
The current intended scope is experienced accredited or institutional investors based outside the United States. This is not an eligibility decision. Individual eligibility depends on applicable requirements and a governed verification process that is not available in this build.
- Can I submit a new expression of interest?
No. New expressions are paused while the security-backed, human-review workflow is completed. Eligible signed-in members can review their own retained legacy records, but this does not create matching, introduction, transaction, or custody functionality.
- Are valuation figures or charts executable prices?
No. When historical valuation information is available to an eligible member, it is indicative information only. It is not an executable quote, offer, recommendation, or a price produced by an introduction.
- What is not available in this build?
This build does not provide a completed public application or email-verification process, provider-backed identity or accreditation verification, payment or billing, document upload, or secure support-case intake. Do not send sensitive documents, account numbers, passwords, or payment information through this site.
