How it works, in brief
- 1 · Express interest
Members share non-binding buy or sell interest — never executable prices — through a governed process that verifies eligibility and ownership.
- 2 · The desk introduces
A desk associate reads expressions of interest in the order they were received and, when an introduction is appropriate, introduces two members to each other.
- 3 · Parties negotiate & close
Buyers and sellers negotiate terms and close directly, or through a qualified third-party escrow agent, counsel, or transfer agent. We never hold funds or securities and never set terms.
